The First River Farms Home Owners Association, established to uphold the By-Laws and Regulations of the community, elects a governing Board of Directors whose task is to address the needs of residents. The primary goals of the association are to create a sense of strong community and to increase the values of residents’ properties through diligent oversight of community-wide projects like grounds maintenance and investment in infrastructure improvements, as well sponsorship of a variety of community gatherings. Residents are encouraged to participate actively in the association’s monthly meetings, to serve on committees, and to run for office on the Board. Board members serve three-year terms.
